Palisades hasn't had much luck against Notre Dame-Green Pond recently, but that could start to change on Friday. The Palisades Pirates will be playing at home against the Notre Dame-Green Pond Crusaders at 6:45 p.m.

Palisades is headed into Friday's contest looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their eighth straight game on Tuesday. They fell 54-43 to Palmerton.

Despite the defeat, Palisades had strong showings from Lincoln Cook, who posted 17 points, and Blake Oglialoro, who put up nine points and four steals.

Meanwhile, Notre Dame-Green Pond entered their tilt with Salisbury Township on Tuesday with three consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with four. They strolled past the Falcons with points to spare, taking the game 69-52. 69 seems to be a good number for the Crusaders as the squad scooped up a win with the same number of points in their previous game.

Notre Dame-Green Pond's victory was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 13-2. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 71.8 points per game. As for Palisades, their loss dropped their record down to 2-12.
