Soccer Recap: Coquille/Myrtle Point Takes a Loss

After flying high against Cascade Christian last Tuesday, Coquille/Myrtle Point came back down to earth. The Red Devils fell 3-1 to the Douglas Trojans on Tuesday. If Coquille/Myrtle Point were looking for revenge after losing 3-1 to Douglas when the teams met back in September of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Coquille/Myrtle Point now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Douglas, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-1-1.

Coincidentally, Coquille/Myrtle Point and Douglas will both be playing Glide the next time they take the pitch. The Red Devils will head out to face the Wildcats at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, while the Trojans will host them at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
