Columbus Christian came tearing into Saturday's contest with five straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 30.2 points) and they left with even more momentum. They managed a 38-34 victory over the Cannelton Bulldogs. That's more bragging rights for the Crusaders, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Columbus Christian has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight matches, which provided a massive bump to their 8-4 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 28.8 points per game. As for Cannelton, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-8.
