Football Recap: Mount Olive Christian Takes a Loss

Mount Olive Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 14th straight defeat dating back to last season. They had to suffer through a 57-0 loss at the hands of the Midstate Homeschool Storm.

Mount Olive Christian's loss dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Midstate Homeschool, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 4-1.

Looking ahead, Mount Olive Christian will square off against Southwest Louisiana HomeSchool at 7:00 p.m. on the 13th. As for Midstate Homeschool, they will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Acadiana Christian at 5:00 p.m. on the 20th.
