It may have taken nine innings to finish the job, but Windsor ultimately got the result they hoped for on Saturday. They had just enough and edged out the Oakland Tech Bulldogs 5-4. Winning may never get old, but the Jaguars sure are getting used to it with their seventh in a row.

Adrian Rosiles made a splash while hitting and pitching. He tossed five innings while giving up just two earned runs off two hits. What's more, he posted five strikeouts, the most he's had since back in March. He was also solid in the batter's box, going a perfect 2-for-2 with one run and one RBI.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Noah Strozewski, who got on base in five of his six plate appearances with one stolen base and one RBI. Roman Torres was another key player, going 2-for-5 with two runs and one triple.

Windsor pushed their record up to 15-6 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home. The home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.5 runs on average over those games. As for Oakland Tech, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 12-9.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Windsor will square off against Casa Grande at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Oakland Tech, they will challenge Fremont at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. The Bulldogs are facing the Tigers at the right time seeing as the Tigers are stuck on a five-game losing streak.
