Oregon signee Brandon Buckner leads 11 selections for Open Division champion Chandler.
Chandler has been the best team in Arizona for the last five years and the Wolves are well represented on the 2020 MaxPreps All-State high school football team. They have gone 62-5 since 2016 and just won their fifth consecutive state title with the last two coming in the Open Division.
They lead the way with 11 All-State selections, including eight first-team picks.
The Open Division runner-up, Hamilton (Chandler), has the second most with six followed by Saguaro (Scottsdale) with five and Centennial (Peoria) along with Queen Creek each has four.
Casteel (Queen Creek), Desert Edge (Goodyear) and Highland (Mesquite) were the only other schools with at least three selections.
In total, 17 different schools have at least one player featured and 11 had multiple selections.
Thirty-five seniors were selected, 12 juniors and four sophomores represent the 51 players featured on the Arizona all-state high school football team.
