Basketball Game Preview: Wallace Wildcats vs. Maxwell Wildcats

The Wallace Wildcats will face off against the Maxwell Wildcats at 6:15 p.m. on Friday. Wallace has now lost seven straight, leaving the team hunting for their first win since January 10.

On Tuesday, Wallace lost to Brady on the road by a 48-34 margin.

Meanwhile, Maxwell didn't have too much trouble with Perkins County on Tuesday as they won 51-36.

The victory got Maxwell back to even at 10-10. As for Wallace, their loss dropped their record down to 5-13.

Wallace beat Maxwell 44-34 in their previous meeting back in February of 2024. Will Wallace repeat their success, or does Maxwell have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
