Soccer Recap: Terre Haute North Vigo Takes a Loss

Terre Haute North Vigo lost against Plainfield back in August of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Patriots lost 5-1 to the Quakers. Terre Haute North Vigo have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Their goal came courtesy of Amaya Phillips, which was the first she's scored this season.

Terre Haute North Vigo's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Plainfield, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Terre Haute North Vigo will host Danville at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Plainfield, they will be defending their home pitch for the first time this season when they go up against McCutcheon at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Plainfield will be up against McCutcheon's rather soft defense (which has allowed three goals per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
