Baseball Recap: Forest Comes Up Short

Forest was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They came up short against the Richland Rangers, falling 16-6.

Pablo Morales was cooking despite his team's loss, going a perfect 3-for-3 with two runs, one stolen base, and two RBI. He has become a key player for Forest: the team is 2-1 when he posts at least three hits, but 3-15 otherwise.

Forest's defeat dropped their record down to 5-16. As for Richland, with the victory, they broke their seven-game losing streak and moved their record to 7-17.

While Forest had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
