Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Williams Valley). They blew past the Shenandoah Valley Blue Devils 75-3 on Friday. The match was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 47-0.

Williams Valley was led to victory by Brady Shomper and Fletcher Thompson. Shomper threw for 245 yards and four touchdowns while completing 81.8% of his passes, while Thompson rushed for 179 yards and three touchdowns on only eight carries. Shomper is on a roll when it comes to passing touchdowns, as he's now passed for three or more in the last three games he's played. Kian Krzyzanowski got in on the action as well, returning a kick for a touchdown.

Williams Valley was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 367 rushing yards. That's the most rushing yards they've posted since back in October of 2023.

One reason for the win was Williams Valley's imposing defense, which managed to get into the backfield for four sacks. Brayden Crisswell was especially locked on to Shenandoah Valley's QB and sacked him three times.
