 Aledo came tearing into  Friday's  match with 15 straight wins  (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 8.7 runs) and they left with even more momentum. They never let the Azle Hornets onto the board and left with  a   10-0  victory. Considering Aledo has won 13 matchups by more than five  runs this season,  Friday's blowout was nothing new.
  Taylor McKean tossed a big game,   keeping things locked down with   no  earned runs or hits while striking out seven over five innings pitched. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't  given up  a single  hit in four consecutive pitching appearances.
