There's no place like home for Winslow, who bounced back after a  loss on the road  on Saturday. They blew past the Alchesay Falcons 3-0 on Tuesday. The Bulldogs haven't had any issues with the Falcons recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive  victory against them.
 While Winslow won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the  third set they played. The final score came out to 25-10, 25-16,  25-23.
Winslow's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was   Brielle Becenti, who  had nine  digs and one  assist. The team also got some help courtesy of  Natilyn Nez, who  had six  digs and two  aces.
 Winslow  was lethal from the service line and  finished the game with 15  aces. They are 5-1 when  they serve at least ten aces.
Winslow's victory bumped their record up to 15-13-1. As for Alchesay,  they are  on  a  six-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 2-7.
 Both  teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Winslow will square off against Page at 6:00  p.m.  on Thursday. As for Alchesay, they will venture away from home to  challenge Blue Ridge  at 6:00  p.m.  on Thursday.
