After losing to Skaneateles the last time they met, Marcellus decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Mustangs put the hurt on the Lakers with a sharp 36-15 win on Friday. The Mustangs might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four games by 21 points or more this season.

The victory (which was Marcellus' third in a row) raised their record to 4-1. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 37.7 points over those games. As for Skaneateles, their loss was their first in the league, dropping their league record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 3-2.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Marcellus is set to take on their familiar foe Southern Hills [Tully/LaFayette/Fabius Pompey] at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Skaneateles will challenge rival Cazenovia at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday.
