It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Columbus Grove had no problem doing just that on Saturday. They managed a 45-41 victory over the Patrick Henry Patriots. Winning may never get old, but the Bulldogs sure are getting used to it with their 14th in a row.

When it comes to explaining why Patrick Henry lost, don't look at Ada Christman. Despite the final result, she dropped a double-double with 11 points and 12 boards. Christman has been hot, having posted ten or more rebounds the last five times she's played. Carys Crossland was another key player, putting up eight points.

Columbus Grove pushed their record up to 25-2 with the win, which was their sixth straight on the road. As for Patrick Henry, the loss snapped their winning streak at 20 games and leaves them with a 25-2 record.

Coming up, Columbus Grove will host Minster at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Minster will roll in looking for their ninth straight victory, something Columbus Grove surely won't give up without a fight. Patrick Henry does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
