Basketball Recap: Riverview Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Riverview can now relate to. They lost to the Episcopal Wildcats on the road by a 62-44 margin on Friday. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Wildcats this season, with their most recent defeat being a 34-15 loss back in January.

Riverview's loss dropped their record down to 13-10. As for Episcopal, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine games. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-10 record this season.

Riverview does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Episcopal, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 51-46 defeat against Harding Academy on the 22nd.
