Basketball Recap: East Grand Comes Up Short

East Grand was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 19th straight defeat dating back to last season. They were beaten by the Ashland Hornets 66-21. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Vikings this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 57-15 back in December of 2024.

East Grand's loss dropped their record down to 0-14. As for Ashland, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 8-5.

East Grand will take on Hodgdon at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Ashland does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
