Baseball Recap: Fort Towson Comes Up Short

Fort Towson was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 15th straight defeat dating back to last season. They came up short against the Clayton Bulldogs, falling 14-1. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bulldogs this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 10-6 two weeks ago.

Fort Towson's loss dropped their record down to 0-9. As for Clayton, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 7-10.

Fort Towson has already played their next contest, a 13-5 defeat against Bennington on the 10th. As for Clayton, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, an 11-1 victory against Pittsburg on the 10th.
