There's no place like home for Bayside Academy, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Saturday. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Gulf Shores Dolphins on Monday. The win continues a trend for the Admirals in their matchups with the Dolphins: they've now won eight in a row.

Bayside Academy had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The final score came out to 22-25, 25-8, 25-23, 25-21.

Their offense was headlined by Reece Wilmott and Haley Robinson, who picked up ten kills apiece. They got some help from Sophie Hester and her 40 assists. Farrah Lane controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

Bayside Academy's victory bumped their record up to 21-11. As for Gulf Shores, the defeat snapped their winning streak at eight games and leaves them with a 22-6 record.

Looking ahead, Bayside Academy will be playing in front of their home fans against Robertsdale at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Gulf Shores, they will host Spanish Fort at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
