Baseball Recap: Parowan Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Parowan can now relate to. They fell just short of the Gunnison Valley Bulldogs by a score of 3-1 on Saturday. The Rams' loss continues a trend for the team, making it three in a row.

Parowan saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Braxton Blauer, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base and one run.

Parowan's defeat dropped their record down to 6-13. As for Gunnison Valley, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 17-7.

Parowan has already played their next game, a 20-0 victory against Water Canyon on the 3rd. As for Gunnison Valley, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, a 4-3 loss against Enterprise on the 3rd.
