Football Game Preview: Rensselaer/Loudonville Christian Rams vs. Greenwich Witches

The Rensselaer/Loudonville Christian Rams will challenge the Greenwich Witches on Friday. Rensselaer/Loudonville Christian has a tough task ahead: they'll enter the game with 11 straight defeats, while Greenwich will come in with four straight wins.

Last Friday, Rensselaer/Loudonville Christian had to suffer through a 54-6 loss at the hands of Canajoharie/Fort Plain.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Greenwich). They blew past Warrensburg/Lake George/Bolton, posting a 57-0 victory. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest win of the season.

Greenwich's victory bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Rensselaer/Loudonville Christian, their loss dropped their record down to 0-4.

Rensselaer/Loudonville Christian was taken down by Greenwich 71-0 when the teams last played back in October of 2024. Can the Rams avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
