Volleyball Recap: Uintah Gets the Win

Uintah won the last time they faced West and things went their way on Friday too. The Utes walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Panthers. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Utes.

Uintah had a senior duo take command as Kenadie Maughan had four digs, three blocks, and two aces and Abbie Davis had 20 assists and four digs. Maughan is on a roll when it comes to blocks, as she's now had two or more in each of the last five games she's played.

Uintah's record now sits at 7-4. As for West, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-2.

Uintah has already played their next contest, a 2-1 win against Murray on the 22nd. As for West, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 2-1 victory against Park City on the 22nd.
