Basketball Recap: Roger Bacon Comes Up Short

Roger Bacon lost against Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Roger Bacon Spartans fell to the Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy Eagles 42-38. While losing is never fun, the Spartans can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 518th, while the Eagles are ranked 194th).

Roger Bacon has traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-12 record this season. As for Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy, their record now sits at 14-4.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Roger Bacon will take on Norwood at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy, they will face off against Seven Hills at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
