            Softball Recap: Pine View Panthers vs. Provo Bulldogs        
        
		
        
        
            After having lost a blowout in their  previous game against Hurricane, Pine View was happy to have turned things around  on Tuesday. They blew past the Provo Bulldogs 15-5. The  win was some much needed relief for the Panthers as it spelled an end to their ten-game losing streak.
 Nely Brinagh was  incredible,  firing off two  home runs, three  runs,  and four  RBI while going 3-for-4. That's the most  hits  she has posted since back in March. Another player making a difference was  Kylie Carpenter, who  got on base  in three of her four plate appearances with three  runs, one  triple,  and one  stolen base.
 Pine View  hit smart and  finished the game with only one  strikeout. The team has now struck out at least three batters  in four consecutive  contests.
Pine View's victory bumped their record up to 6-18. As for Provo, they dropped their record down to 4-18 with the  defeat, which was their 12th straight  on the road dating back to last season.
As of now, neither Pine View nor the Bulldogs have any future games scheduled.
