Soccer Recap: Milby Comes Up Short

Milby was the 4-0 winner over Sharpstown when they last played one another back in January of 2025, but their luck changed this time around. The Buffs fell just short of the Apollos by a score of 2-1 on Tuesday. That's two games in a row now that Milby have lost by just one goal.

Milby's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Sharpstown, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-3.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Milby will square off against rival Galena Park at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Sharpstown is set to challenge their familiar foe Spring Woods at 6:15 p.m. on Friday.
