Kingston Liddell put up the most strikeouts he's had since back in April of 2024 on Tuesday. As a matter of fact, he produced his best game of the campaign: he struck out eight batters over 4.1 innings while giving up no earned runs off three hits (and not a single walk). He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up a single earned run in three consecutive appearances.

Liddell's strong effort led St. Francis over Heritage Christian and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
