Baseball Recap: West Creek Comes Up Short

West Creek was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 18-1 to the Dickson County Cougars. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Cougars this season, with their most recent defeat being a 10-0 loss on April 9th.

West Creek saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Alik George, who went 1-for-2 with one triple and one run. That triple marked the first that George has hit this season.

West Creek's defeat dropped their record down to 6-17. As for Dickson County, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-18 record this season.

As of now, neither West Creek nor Dickson County have any future games scheduled.
