With a playoff win on the line, Edison rose to the challenge on Thursday. They walked away with a 21-14 victory over the Florida State University High School Seminoles. The win was nothing new for the Red Raiders as they're now sitting on seven straight.

Edison's victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 18-1. The home wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 33.2 points over those games. As for Florida State University High School, they moved to 15-4 with that defeat, which also ended their eight-game winning streak.

Looking ahead, Edison will be playing in front of their home fans against Wildwood at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday. The Wildcats will roll in looking for their 14th straight victory, something the Red Raiders surely won't give up without a fight. Florida State University High School does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
