After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Kee, St. Ansgar was happy to have turned things around on Saturday. They blew past the Charles City Comets 11-1. The Saints might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won ten matches by seven runs or more this season.

St. Ansgar's win bumped their record up to 12-3. As for Charles City, they are on a 22-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-14.

Looking ahead, St. Ansgar will head out on the road to take on Central Springs at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Charles City, they will challenge New Hampton at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Chickasaws will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something the Comets surely won't give up without a fight.
