New Richmond took down Hudson on Tuesday, a win that might not have happened without Lauren Raleigh's standout performance. Raleigh wasn't messing around, striking out nine batters over seven innings while giving up just two earned (and four unearned) runs off seven hits. The pitching appearance was her sixth straight with six or more strikeouts.

Raleigh's strong effort led New Richmond over Hudson and she'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Tigers have been dominating at home and they will enter the match having won nine straight home games dating back to last season.
