They took a 37-30 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Yellowjackets. The Panthers were up 23-7 in the second quarter but couldn't hold on to the lead.

Although Nouvel Catholic Central took the loss, they still got scores from Parker Kingsbury, John Carlson, Sean Foley, and Owen Vance.

Even if they lost, Nouvel Catholic Central's defensive line still kept up the pressure with three sacks. The team can thank three different players for their defensive prowess: Carlson, Christian Lopez, and Kingsbury, who each picked up one sack apiece.
