Volleyball Recap: Harris County Gets the Win

Fans were treated to a battle of the Tigers on Thursday. Harris County won by a set and slipped past Fayette County 2-1. Harris County hasn't had any issues with Fayette County recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

Harris County can attribute much of their success to Sydney O'Neill, who had 21 assists and four digs. Those 21 assists gave O'Neill a new career-high.

Harris County's record is now 12-2. As for Fayette County, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 11-9 record this season.

Harris County wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-1 loss against Statesboro on the 3rd. As for Fayette County, they are taking a road trip to take on Eagle's Landing at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
