St. Pius X Catholic had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Saturday. They came out on top against the North Gwinnett Bulldogs by a score of 2-0. That's more bragging rights for the Golden Lions, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

St. Pius X Catholic was led to victory by Eveliina Campbell and Sofia Ziran. Campbell had six assists and three aces, while Ziran had 11 digs and three aces. What's more, Ziran also posted a 50% hitting percentage, which is the highest she's achieved since back in October of 2024.

St. Pius X Catholic's victory bumped their record up to 3-0. As for North Gwinnett, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

St. Pius X Catholic didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-1 loss against North Cobb on the 9th. As for North Gwinnett, they will be playing in front of their home fans against South Forsyth at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Bulldogs are facing the War Eagles at the right time seeing as the War Eagles are stuck on a four-game losing streak.
