Volleyball Recap: Kingwood Comes Up Short

Kingwood was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Stony Point Tigers.

The final score came out to 25-15, 25-20.

Kingwood's defeat dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Stony Point, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-3.

Kingwood wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-1 loss against Round Rock Westwood on the 16th. As for Stony Point, they have also already played their next game, a 2-1 defeat against Northwest on the 16th.
