Baseball Game Preview: Cocoa Beach Minutemen vs. New Smyrna Beach Barracudas

The Cocoa Beach Minutemen will take on the New Smyrna Beach Barracudas at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Cocoa Beach has three straight victories, New Smyrna Beach has three straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the field.

On Monday, it was close, but Cocoa Beach sidestepped Baker County for a 3-1 win.

New Smyrna Beach saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jesse Brock, who went 2-for-4 with one stolen base.

New Smyrna Beach's loss dropped their record down to 8-6. As for Cocoa Beach, they now have a winning record of 7-6.
