Baseball Recap: Nine Straight Home Wins for Fort Bend Clements

Fort Bend Clements was forced to take a big defeat against they on Tuesday, they got the better of them on Friday. They narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past the Fort Bend Travis Tigers 1-0. This was a revenge game for the Rangers: when they faced off against the Tigers on Tuesday, they had to take a 8-0 loss.

Not much got past John Rys, who gave up just three hits and racked up six Ks to keep Fort Bend Travis off the board.

At the plate, Fort Bend Clements' victory was truly a team effort as three different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Max Cimino, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one stolen base.
