Snowflake came tearing into Thursday's contest with five straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Show Low Cougars. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent win being a 2-0 victory last Saturday.

Snowflake never let Show Low on the board, but things got pretty close in the third set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-17, 25-23.

Snowflake's win bumped their record up to 19-7. As for Show Low, their loss was their first in the region, dropping their region record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 18-7.

Looking ahead, Snowflake will take on Safford at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Show Low, they will head out to square off against Winslow at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
