Softball Recap: Culver Community Cavaliers vs. Caston Comets
Culver Community hadn't done well against Caston recently (they were 1-8 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Friday. The Cavaliers walked away with an 8-4 victory over the Comets. The Cavaliers have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Comets, too.
Aiden Molebash spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered just two earned (and two unearned) runs on four hits and racked up 14 Ks. She has been consistent: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in seven consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, Gracie Milam was incredible, firing off two home runs, six RBI, and one double while going 3-for-4. Those six RBI gave her a new career-high. Abigayle Zehner was another key player, going 2-for-3 with three runs and one triple.
Culver Community's win bumped their record up to 13-4. As for Caston, their loss dropped their record down to 10-7.
