Manor waltzed into their matchup on Saturday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They blew past the Akins Eagles, posting a 53-13 win. While the Mustangs didn't have the best season last year (they finished 12-20), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

Manor's victory bumped their record up to 9-4. As for Akins, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-9.

Manor wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 36-35 defeat against Crockett on the 22nd. As for Akins, they will be defending their home court for the first time this season when they go up against Cedar Creek at 10:30 a.m. on Monday.
