Volleyball Recap: Dickinson Comes Up Short

Dickinson was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their ninth straight defeat dating back to last season. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the Memorial Tigers. If the Rams were looking for revenge after losing 2-1 to the Tigers when the teams met back in May of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Dickinson's loss dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Memorial, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 4-3.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Dickinson is set to face off against their familiar foe Union City at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Memorial will square off against rival North Bergen at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
