Basketball Recap: South Hunterdon Takes a Loss

South Hunterdon and Point Pleasant Beach squared off in some playoff action on Wednesday, but South Hunterdon had to settle for second. They were dealt a 63-34 defeat at the hands of the Point Pleasant Beach Garnet Gulls. The matchup marked the Eagles' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

South Hunterdon's loss dropped their record down to 8-10. As for Point Pleasant Beach, the win (which was their eighth in a row) raised their record to 13-5.

As of now, neither South Hunterdon nor Point Pleasant Beach have any future games scheduled.
