Basketball Recap: Mt. Ellis Academy Comes Up Short at Home Against Columbia Adventist Academy

Mt. Ellis Academy unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They lost to the Columbia Adventist Academy Kodiaks at home by a 50-34 margin on Saturday. The Eagles were not able to make up for their defeat to the Kodiaks from their previous meeting back in January of 2016.

Columbia Adventist Academy's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 5-11.

Mt. Ellis Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Columbia Adventist Academy has already played their next game (against Oakville), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
