Soccer Recap: Fishers Comes Up Short

While it was all tied up 0-0 at halftime, Fishers was not quite Hamilton Southeastern's equal in the second half on Wednesday. They lost 6-1 to the Royals. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Fishers of the 5-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

Their goal came courtesy of Elise May, who's now up to five this season.

Fishers is on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-6-1. As for Hamilton Southeastern, their win bumped their record up to 10-0.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Fishers will venture away from home to square off against Homestead at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday. As for Hamilton Southeastern, they will head out to challenge Carroll at 11:45 a.m. on Saturday.
