Baseball Preview: Osceola Chieftains vs. St. Croix Central Panthers

For the second straight game, Osceola will face off against St. Croix Central. The Chieftains will venture away from home to face off against the Panthers at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.

Osceola came up short against St. Croix Central on Tuesday, falling 8-2. The Chieftains haven't had much luck with the Panthers recently, as the team has come up short the last six times they've met.

For St. Croix Central's part, Eli Babler made a splash no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, striking out 12 batters over five innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off five hits (and only one walk).
