It'll be Battle of the Birds when the Keystone Oaks Golden Eagles take on the South Park Eagles at 12:00 p.m. on Friday... One thing working in Keystone Oaks' favor is that they have posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season.

Keystone Oaks is probably headed into the contest with a chip on their shoulder considering McGuffey just ended the team's seven-game winning streak on Tuesday. They took a 69-65 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Highlanders. The loss was a bit of a surprise, as the Golden Eagles came into the game with a sizable advantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania basketball rankings (they are ranked 54th, while the Highlanders are ranked 216th).

Meanwhile, South Park strolled past Steel Valley with points to spare on Tuesday, taking the game 41-23. The 41-point effort marked the Eagles' lowest-scoring matchup of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

Having lost for the first time this season, Keystone Oaks fell to 7-1. As for South Park, their win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 7-2.
