Cherokee County came into Tuesday's game having lost five straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They blew past the Sand Rock Wildcats 14-4 on Tuesday. Considering the Warriors have won three matchups by more than nine runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Cherokee County got a massive performance out of Nate Black, who scored two runs while going 2-for-3. What's more, Black posted three RBI, the most he's had since back in March of 2024. Luke Young was another key player, scoring three runs while getting on base in three of his five plate appearances.

Cherokee County always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .526. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Sand Rock only posted an OBP of .379.
