It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Williston can now relate to. They came up short against the Moore Haven Terriers on Tuesday, falling 3-0.

While Williston ultimately came up short, they didn't go down without a fight: they scored at least 20 points in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 25-20, 25-23.

Kai Gowland paced Williston's offense, picking up five kills. Gowland got some help from Kailey Davis and her four assists. Finally, Gowland was also a dominant defender, finishing with a team-high two blocks.

Moore Haven found their leader in sophomore Kulipa Julian, who had 17 digs and a kill. Julian has been hot recently, having posted 13 or more digs the last four times she's played.

Williston has traveled a rocky road recently having lost seven of their last nine matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-12 record this season. As for Moore Haven, the win (which was their 15th in a row) raised their record to 17-2.
