Soccer Recap: Marshall Comes Up Short

Marshall was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 3-2 heartbreaker at the hands of the Sotomayor WILDCATS.

Marshall now has a losing record at 4-5. As for Sotomayor, the win snapped their losing streak at four games and leaves them with a 1-4 record.

Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Harlan the next time they take the pitch. Marshall will head out to face Harlan at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, while Sotomayor will head out to face them at 7:00 p.m. on February 7th.
