Baseball Recap: Greenbrier Victorious

Nashville typically has all the answers at home, but on Thursday Greenbrier proved too difficult a challenge. They had just enough and edged out the Scrappers 5-3. The win was some much needed relief for the Panthers as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Greenbrier's victory bumped their record up to 4-6-1. As for Nashville, their loss ended an eight-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 9-5.

Greenbrier has already played their next contest, a 7-6 win against Lake Hamilton on the 28th. As for Nashville, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, a 12-2 defeat against Harding Academy on the 28th.
