Cedar Bluffs is 5-0 against Elba since February of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. The Cedar Bluffs Wildcats will be playing in front of their home fans against the Elba Bluejays at 7:30 p.m. Cedar Bluffs will be strutting in after a victory while Elba will be coming in after a defeat.

Having struggled with six losses in a row, Cedar Bluffs turned things around against Dorchester on Monday. They strolled past the Longhorns with points to spare, taking the game 45-28.

Meanwhile, Elba was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They had to suffer through a 63-12 loss at the hands of Nebraska Christian. The Bluejays were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 32-7.

Elba's loss dropped their record down to 1-11. As for Cedar Bluffs, their win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 3-10.

Cedar Bluffs took their victory against Elba when the teams last played back in February of 2022 by a conclusive 45-22. Will Cedar Bluffs repeat their success, or does Elba have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
