Softball Recap: Kankakee Kays vs. Thornridge Falcons
Kankakee waltzed into their contest on Wednesday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They never let the Thornridge Falcons get on the board and left with a 12-0 victory. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 23-1 on Wednesday.
Adleigh Cunningham made a big impact no matter where she played. On the mound, she tossed three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. Cunningham was also solid in the batter's box, earning one RBI, one run, and one stolen base. She has been hot recently, having posted at least one stolen base the last three times she's played.
